Georgette Council is an accomplished executive professional, leadership speaker, mentor, and professional development facilitator with more than 40 years of experience in customer service, office administration, leadership, and organizational support and management.
Born in Augsburg, Germany, and raised abroad as a proud Army “brat,” Mrs. Council developed an early appreciation for resilience, adaptability, discipline, and service. She later served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Legal Specialist and Court Reporter—an experience that helped shape her leadership and communication style.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Council has served in a variety of roles, including administrative assistant, office manager, editorial manager, data analyst, and technical writer. She has consistently grown into leadership roles and is recognized as a trusted mentor, trainer, and advocate for office professionals.
Today, Mrs. Council serves as Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of the largest and fastest-growing school district in the Midlands of South Carolina. She is a sought-after speaker, mentor, and professional learning facilitator, valued for her authenticity, candor, practical wisdom, and ability to connect with people at every level. She develops and facilitates custom professional learning experiences for office professionals at the district, state, and national levels.
A breast cancer survivor, Mrs. Council draws deeply from her personal journey of resilience and renewal. Her experiences have strengthened her passion for helping others discover that adversity can become a catalyst for growth, purpose, and transformation.
