Better After The Battle (Signature Presentation)
As a veteran and a breast cancer survivor, I have learned many lessons about the "battles" of life. We all have to navigate these battles and all of the enemies that attack. The key to going through the battle and winning the war is mindset. There is ALWAYS something to be grateful for if you shift your focus and look for the positive. The message of this session is that you already have all of the necessary armor and weapons to be victorious, you only need to tap into your battle plan.

Stepping Into Your Purpose
This interactive session is designed to help identify the talents, skills and resources we each have available to us every day to assist with job success and security. We will have open discussions and role play to discover our hidden talents and skills. Whether you are looking to grow within your current position or to position yourself for a new opportunity, you will gain useful tips and information that will help in your quest for ongoing professional growth.

Dysfunctional Comfort
If you are not where you want to be in life, it is probably partially due to the fact that you have overstayed your time in your comfort zone. There is a certain level of confidence that comes from doing what you know or doing what is comfortable. This is what is known as dysfunctional comfort. It is like being in a cave. The darkness makes it hard to see new opportunities, the walls restrict us and the low ceiling keeps us from stretching to our full height. It is not until we step out of the cave that we are able to truly stretch ourselves and grow and that's uncomfortable. Most opportunities reside outside of the comfort zone so you have to go beyond your comfortable borders to retrieve them. This session will share some reasons it is imperative that you leave the comfort zone and give some steps to help you begin the process.

Communicating With Confidence
Communication is at the basis of everything that we do. In order to be successful at anything in life, it requires you to have a basic ability to communicate. Successful communication includes many things and is based not only on what you communicate, but how  you communicate. Communication must be clear and respectful to be well received. This session will help attendees gain an awareness of the various types of communication to include verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal and share ways that you can use each to increase your confidence in your ability to effectively communicate.

Are You A Super H.E.R.O.?
Are you a Super H.E.R.O.? We all work in high energy, fast paced environments these days and sometimes as persons on the front lines, we are looked to for many things that fall in the "other duties as assigned" category. Somehow, as office professionals we always find ways to multitask with a smile, performing feats that seem sometimes impossible. In this session you will take an introspective look at your attitude and activities to determine whether or not you are a H.E.R.O. - Helpful, Encouraging, Resourceful and Optimistic. A series of role-playing, individual and peer review activities will be used to show how the everyday things that many of us take for granted are so very crucial to creating positive work environments for ourselves and our colleagues. At the conclusion of this session, you will see how each of us has the ability to regularly "save the day!"
